I decided to share some of my core values and one of my SMART goals.
I improved several areas of my life today and educated myself on proper form for some of the exercises I’m refreshing my education on. Quality over quantity.
Today’s post isn’t as deep as yesterday’s, I promise! I’m exploring some great options for improving my time management, workouts, eating (meal types, foods to try excluding/including, times, etc.), improving myself, and more. See? Fun and awesome stuff! 🙂
