Today is a vlog day.
I’m not just saying that, either. People think I’m trying to impress with these entries but in reality it’s my public diary of my weight loss/life transformation journey (My Brave Change). I could care less if anyone approved of anything. I do love how several people are enjoying the reading, though, and contributing to conversations! Keep on visiting. Now, onto my late updates ha ha!
I improved several areas of my life today and educated myself on proper form for some of the exercises I’m refreshing my education on. Quality over quantity.
Today’s post isn’t as deep as yesterday’s, I promise! I’m exploring some great options for improving my time management, workouts, eating (meal types, foods to try excluding/including, times, etc.), improving myself, and more. See? Fun and awesome stuff! 🙂
